Position: Performance Analyst

Responsibilities:

A Performance Analyst role has become available within the Performance Intelligence and Analysis team. This position will have two primary responsibilities to:

  1. Deliver front line applied video and statistical solutions to a targeted number of British players and coaches. The support will have a significant impact on both the player’s long-term development and directly within tournaments to win matches (scouting opponents and reviewing our own performance)
  1. Answer relevant performance questions using contemporary data approaches and develop actionable dashboard solutions which deliver relevant intelligence to players, coaches, and the wider player support teams.

The current role will be focussed within the wheelchair pathway and the men’s team and will offer a great opportunity to work across a diverse range of players, coaches, and projects. Collaboration with coaches and effective people skills will be key to success in role.

World Rugby is looking to appoint a Ticketing Manager, to manage the Rugby Sevens Ticketing programme across all Rugby Sevens global locations. The Rugby Sevens Ticketing Manager will lead the Ticketing programme across all internal and external stakeholders and responsible for all Ticket sales and timeline deliverables to ensure revenue targets are achieved and the operational delivery is executed through the Ticketing Service Provider.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the appointed Ticketing Service Provider(s) and MarCom to plan on-sales and manage ticket sales campaigns for all Rugby Sevens global locations.
  • Establish a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders associated to Rugby Sevens including but not limited to; Rugby Unions, Providers and other World Rugby Functional Areas
  • Responsibilities of this role will evolve during the lifespan of the Rugby Sevens Series.
  • Execute, alongside the appointed Ticketing Service Provider (s) and MarCom, the Sevens Ticketing programme from on-sale to event time delivery across the Sevens global locations.
  • Manage all Ticket sales across the Sevens locations and work with the Ticketing Service Provider and MarCom to manage the fan experience and delivery.
