The Communications Manager will play an integral cross-function role in delivering internal communications and engagement initiatives, as well as supporting the Comms Team on campaign work.

This role – part of the Media & Communications team – will have a central, cross-function remit supporting several departments to amplify their work, including the People Team, as well as working closely with other disciplines across the business such as events, EDI, participation & growth, digital and marketing.

They are seeking a proactive self-starter who can be the eyes and ears of employees across the various office-based locations (Lord’s, Edgbaston, Old Trafford, and Loughborough), as well as remote workers, to work with the Comms Lead – Planning and Strategy to translate these insights into actionable comms and engagement plans.
